Our Commitment

At Smayra Investments SARL, we take pride in the quality of every product we supply. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original, undamaged condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• You have the original order confirmation or delivery note

Items that have been cut, installed, or modified cannot be returned. Tiles and surface materials are sold by the box or slab; partial boxes may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. As all transactions are cash-on-delivery, refunds are issued in cash or via bank transfer at your preference.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange collection at a convenient time.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above.
